About the author

I write from inside this life—not as an observer looking in, but as someone who has spent nearly two decades living the realities I write about. My work asks uncomfortable questions, challenges the narratives we've accepted, and puts words to experiences military families are often expected to quietly carry.

Coming soon

My forthcoming book about the invisible labor, isolation, expectations, and emotional realities of military spouse life.
